What is
Soul Work?
This space exists for those interested in the pursuit of the larger themes of life and are open to the messages of the unconscious. This work is a collaboration led by your Psyche making itself known.
We may use dreamwork, active imagination, embodied somatic exploration, creative writing, myth and fairytale work or other depth-oriented modalities to observe the currents moving you.
Where to begin:
We begin with a 30-minute consultation to determine if this work is a good fit at this time. If you have a big dream you would like to discuss, an image that has been emerging in your life or a synchonicity you are puzzling over, this can often be a good place to start.
The process:
Sessions are 50 minutes and generally occur once a week or every other week. This work together, can last a season, or in a longer term capacity. Session price is $160.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
This work may be for you if:
You have the sense that your life is speaking to you through dreams, recurring images, synchronicities, or symbols, and you long to understand their language.
You've spent years seeking answers and are ready to cultivate a deeper relationship with mystery rather than certainty.
You want to develop an authentic relationship with your own symbolic life and intuition as a natural way of listening.
You are already engaged in psychotherapy, spiritual direction, or contemplative practice and are looking for a companion in exploring dreams, archetypes, imagination, and the deeper movements of the soul.
This work builds. While this work does not require weekly sessions or a longterm commitment, the strength of the container we build together over repetition will prove a safety for the Soul to unfold into this process. A 30-minute consultation is the first step of this work to determine if we are a good fit for this work.
Jungian and Archetypal Consultation is educational and consultative in nature. It is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
Although I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, I am not acting as a licensed psychotherapist within these consultations. I do not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions, nor do I provide crisis intervention or psychotherapy through this service.
This work is intended for individuals who are psychologically stable and interested in exploring dreams, symbols, mythology, active imagination, creativity, and the life of the soul. If you are experiencing acute mental health concerns, I encourage you to seek care from a licensed mental health professional.
If you are already working with a therapist, physician, or spiritual director, these consultations are designed to complement—not replace—that relationship.

What Clients Say
I was going through a really hard time personally. I was completely lost, overwhelmed, and trying to find my footing again. A close friend recommended Rachel, saying that even one session with her made her feel grounded and hopeful. That was enough for me to say yes.
My first session with Rachel was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
Rachel has this grounded, calming presence that makes you feel instantly held. She’s intuitive, wise, and deeply human. She’s not just someone doing a service; she’s someone who’s walked the path and knows how to meet you right where you are.
Since working with her, I’ve learned how to be with my emotions instead of avoiding them.
Rachel opened that door for me, and I’m so grateful she did.
If you're in a season of grief, transition, or just craving a deeper connection with yourself, Rachel is someone who can guide you gently back to center, without judgment or pressure. Just real support, real care, and real healing.

What Clients Say
In working with Rachel, I was welcomed home to my body and levels of deep and subtle safety that I had yet to experience with a somatic practitioner. Through her multi-dimensional and modal approaches to healing, I was able to tune into my spiritual and physical needs in a way that I desperately needed more space for.
I have so much gratitude for Rachel’s authentic gifts and continued devotion to her craft, she offers a unique synergistic approach to healing that is so powerful and needed in our world.

What Clients Say
Rachel is a truly one of a kind guide, and healer.
I found her during one of the most pivotal chapters of my life and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve navigated it without her.
She has a rare gift for meeting you exactly where you are while gently holding space for who you're becoming. With her support I felt deeply seen, supported, and stretched in all the right ways.
Before working with Rachel, I struggled to hear my inner voice or trust what my body needed. Now, tuning into myself feels second nature. If you’re looking for someone who brings both grounded presence and transformational insight, I can’t recommend Rachel enough.
