Our offerings include traditional Swedish massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and energywork sessions.

Clients come to Invoke to receive relaxing and centering massage work combined with intuitive energy techniques.

This work is ideal for people who need a space to lie back and receive, allowing their physical and energy body to engage its natural healing function.

In so many places in our life we are asked to show up, be present and "do the work." Traditonal massage is one of the few spaces in our lives when we can turn our care over into the hands of another and let our system unwind. 

These sessions are a place to learn to hear the messages of your body. People who book these sessions are often coming from a few starting places, if any sound like you, these sessions may be a good fit. 

 

• You are currently dealing with a chronic health issue and have been working with doctors, naturopaths, acupunturists or talk therapists but your progress may need another component. You suspect  your body may be trying to tell you something more, but are not sure how to begin listening.

• You know you are someone who has been more of a thinker than a feeler. If a therapist or a meditation has ever asked you "where do you feel that in your body?" and you've come up empty, this work might be your next step.

• Past trauma has flared up, or a recent big life change has left you at a crossroads, and you have a sense that you'll require more than "thinking your way through" this particular issue.

Over the years I've had clients fall deeply in love with this work. This, in fact, is how my own life changed when I encountered skilled practitioners who seemed to know how to listen deeply, and I wanted to become one of them.

 

My own teachers and mentors never had the answers I so desperately longed for, but they all respected that I held that wisdom in my own body.

Therefore, it's vital to the integrity of my work that I pass on the knowledge of those who taught me how to listen. 

​

This work is not a quick ten-step coaching program, or tidy curriculum (though one day it may lean in that direction). My mentorship offerings are tailored to the individual and what they want to learn.
