“This is your body, your greatest gift, pregnant with wisdom you do not hear, grief you thought was forgotten, and joy you have never known.”

What are Somatic Sessions?
This is Where You Learn to Listen to the Language of Your Body.
We are taught to conceptualize the sensations in our body as diagnosis or symptoms. We try to eliminate pain, optimize our system, or seek pleasure. But when we slow down to feel into nuance, the cells of our systems can reveal stories, dreams, memories and ignite phenomenal change. Somatic Sessions are a place to learn the language of the body.
This is not massage. This work is clothed and is done either seated, lying on the table, or on the floor with movement.
From there, the session becomes a guided inner journey. Using somatic meditation, gentle inquiry, and occasionally grounded touch like a hand on the shoulder, a hold at the head or heart or feet, we create the conditions for your body to speak. Sensation becomes image. Image becomes memory. Memory becomes movement, or language, or release. Each session is different, and each person brings their own experience, skills, and areas for growth.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
This work may be for you if: You have the sense that something is held in your body that talk alone hasn't reached. You've spent a long time living from the neck up and part of you is ready to come home. You are moving through a transition, a loss, or a threshold moment and feel the need for more than words. You want to develop a genuine relationship with your own intuition as second-nature. You are already doing deep work elsewhere and are looking for a somatic companion to what is unfolding.
This work builds. A single 75-minute session could be revelatory. However, this is not drop-in work at its heart. The early sessions establish safety and the basic vocabulary of inner attention. Over time, you develop the capacity to hear yourself more clearly, learn how your body communicates. This is how somatic wisdom and trust is cultivated.
Somatic Sessions are not psychotherapy and should not be understood as a substitute for mental health treatment. While I hold a Master's degree in Counseling, I am not acting as a licensed therapist in this context. This work does not diagnose or treat any mental health condition. If you are currently working with a therapist or physician, this work is intended to be complementary to, not a replacement for, that care.

Begin Where You Are
This work is likely unlike anything you've ever done before. I invite you to book a single 75-minutes session to see if this work feels right for you.
This first experience can stand alone, or it can be the opening to a longer journey if you choose.
If the work resonates, you can choose a series of sessions to deepen and anchor what you discover. Like physical therapy or talk therapy, the momentum builds with time, allowing old patterns to unwind and new ways of being to take root.
Single Session (75 minutes): $180

A Journey Inward
(6 Sessions)

What Clients Say
I was going through a really hard time personally. I was completely lost, overwhelmed, and trying to find my footing again. A close friend recommended Rachel, saying that even one session with her made her feel grounded and hopeful. That was enough for me to say yes.
My first session with Rachel was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
Rachel has this grounded, calming presence that makes you feel instantly held. She’s intuitive, wise, and deeply human. She’s not just someone doing a service; she’s someone who’s walked the path and knows how to meet you right where you are.
Since working with her, I’ve learned how to be with my emotions instead of avoiding them.
Rachel opened that door for me, and I’m so grateful she did.
If you're in a season of grief, transition, or just craving a deeper connection with yourself, Rachel is someone who can guide you gently back to center, without judgment or pressure. Just real support, real care, and real healing.

In working with Rachel, I was welcomed home to my body and levels of deep and subtle safety that I had yet to experience with a somatic practitioner. Through her multi-dimensional and modal approaches to healing, I was able to tune into my spiritual and physical needs in a way that I desperately needed more space for.
I have so much gratitude for Rachel’s authentic gifts and continued devotion to her craft, she offers a unique synergistic approach to healing that is so powerful and needed in our world.

What Clients Say
Rachel is a truly one of a kind guide, and healer.
I found her during one of the most pivotal chapters of my life and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve navigated it without her.
She has a rare gift for meeting you exactly where you are while gently holding space for who you're becoming. With her support I felt deeply seen, supported, and stretched in all the right ways.
Before working with Rachel, I struggled to hear my inner voice or trust what my body needed. Now, tuning into myself feels second nature. If you’re looking for someone who brings both grounded presence and transformational insight, I can’t recommend Rachel enough.
