TAROT

I've been reading Tarot professionally for over 15 years, and teaching it to others for almost as long.
My style of tarot is intuitive and archetypal. While divination is often the most popular way to read tarot, and I have practiced it that way for many years, I have found that helping people "see into" their future does not often serve them in the long-run.
Our culture values fast answers and quick fixes, and I think tarot has become another tool to temporarily ease our anxiety about the future and place our power in answers, rather than increasing our own ability to withstand the unknown.
So why do I read tarot at all? The images of traditional tarot decks are powerful, containing archetypal energies that have spoken to the human psyche for centuries.
In a reading with me, we are asking what is alive in you right now, what wants attention, what is ready to shift, what you already know but have not yet let yourself say out loud.
Tarot, used this way, is an invitation into a deeper conversation with yourself rather than an answer that is direct and predictive. The images should take residence inside of you and hopefully allow you to sit with the developing mystery of your psyche.

“The soul has an inherent need for mythology, for the imagining of its experience in terms of gods and goddesses, angels and devils, archetypes and shadows.”

SOMATIC PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION
_edited.png)
These sessions were born organically out of pre-existing clients coming into Invoke seeking help physically and psychically integrating their experiences with plant medicine and other entheogens. In the 24 hours to 4 weeks after sessions with psilocybin, ayahuasca, ketamine, 5-MeO-DMT, kambo, and MDMA, my client base was organically seeking a way to somatically integrate their psychedelic experiences. With the help of my deeply supportive client base and community, these sessions were born.
While I explicitly do not work with clients while they are directly under the influence of psychedelic medicines, I have found that physical integration after big sessions has had profound impacts on those who seek it out.
Clients who choose to book these somatic integration sessions have reported an increased connection to their body and intuition, as well as a noticeable ability to change habits and sit with challenging emotions.
What Does Somatic Psychedelic Integration Entail?
Each of these sessions is different, depending upon your experience and your needs as they arise. They typically involve a mix of discussion about your experience, including what felt sense is present as you recount your journey, as well as supportive touch and energywork guided by your system and your goals. Many clients find they can access the symbolic dimension of their experience more fully in these sessions by working with color, image, metaphor, and vibration to give shape to what was previously ineffable.
I have found that the dual combination of increased neuroplasticity and the general "stirring" up of psychic contents allows us to access previously unreachable layers that are ready to surface.
What Clients Say
I was going through a really hard time personally. I was completely lost, overwhelmed, and trying to find my footing again. A close friend recommended Rachel, saying that even one session with her made her feel grounded and hopeful. That was enough for me to say yes.
My first session with Rachel was exactly what I didn’t know I needed.
Rachel has this grounded, calming presence that makes you feel instantly held. She’s intuitive, wise, and deeply human. She’s not just someone doing a service; she’s someone who’s walked the path and knows how to meet you right where you are.
Since working with her, I’ve learned how to be with my emotions instead of avoiding them.
Rachel opened that door for me, and I’m so grateful she did.
If you're in a season of grief, transition, or just craving a deeper connection with yourself, Rachel is someone who can guide you gently back to center, without judgment or pressure. Just real support, real care, and real healing.

What Clients Say
In working with Rachel, I was welcomed home to my body and levels of deep and subtle safety that I had yet to experience with a somatic practitioner. Through her multi-dimensional and modal approaches to healing, I was able to tune into my spiritual and physical needs in a way that I desperately needed more space for.
I have so much gratitude for Rachel’s authentic gifts and continued devotion to her craft, she offers a unique synergistic approach to healing that is so powerful and needed in our world.

What Clients Say
Rachel is a truly one of a kind guide, and healer.
I found her during one of the most pivotal chapters of my life and I honestly don’t know how I would’ve navigated it without her.
She has a rare gift for meeting you exactly where you are while gently holding space for who you're becoming. With her support I felt deeply seen, supported, and stretched in all the right ways.
Before working with Rachel, I struggled to hear my inner voice or trust what my body needed. Now, tuning into myself feels second nature. If you’re looking for someone who brings both grounded presence and transformational insight, I can’t recommend Rachel enough.
